Shipping Policy for Warranty Replacements

  • For products purchased from COSPRO official channels or authorized resellers within three (3) months of the original purchase date, COSPRO will provide a replacement with free standard shipping.

  • For products purchased more than three (3) months prior to the warranty claim submission date, COSPRO will provide a replacement; however, shipping fees will be the responsibility of the consumer.
