  • How long is your product warranty?
    Our product warranty is 2 years.
  • Do consumers need to register COSPRO products before claiming the warranty?
    We encourage consumers to register their COSPRO products within 10 days of receipt. This helps us provide better service and support when needed. Register the product and claim warranty on the Product Warranty page here.
  • What documents do I need to provide when registering a COSPRO product?
    You need to provide the sales receipt showing the purchase date, product name, price paid, and store of purchase as proof. You can upload this file in .pdf, .jpg, or .png format when registering your product online on the Product Warranty page.
  • What documents do I need to provide when claiming a warranty?
    You need to provide the sales receipt (as mentioned in the Product Registration Q&A above) and a picture of the defective or damaged product as proof. These files can be uploaded in .pdf, .jpg, or .png format when filing a warranty claim online on the Product Warranty page. Our customer support will contact you if needed when processing your claim.
  • What should consumers do if they receive a damaged or defective item from your authorized resellers?
    Consumers can contact our support team via the Contact Us page or online chat for further assistance. Alternatively, they can visit the Product Warranty page to (A) register the product and (B) file a warranty claim immediately on the same page. Once we receive both submissions, we will contact the consumer to proceed with the replacement process. Please note that this process is valid for replacement only and not for refunds. If the consumers want to get a refund, they have to contact the dealer where they original bought from and following their refund and return policy.
  • Do you offer wholesale program?
    Yes, we offer a comprehensive wholesale program with two options to suit different business needs: Retailer Fulfillment Program: Ideal for both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce resellers, this program requires you to stock inventory and fulfill orders yourself. Dropship Program: Perfect for e-commerce resellers who prefer not to stock inventory. We handle the fulfillment, though your margin will be less compared to the Retailer Fulfillment Program.   • Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale orders?
    Yes, we have a minimum order quantity for wholesale orders. Each order must include at least one carton per model. The 3-in-1 Electric Salt & Pepper Grinder Set (QIC-301) has 6 units per carton, and the 5-in-1 Electric Salt & Pepper Grinder Set (QIC-501) has 3 units per carton.   • Do you offer a better wholesale price if I order more?
    Yes, but it depends on the type of business and the specific Wholesale Program you fall into, and the final quantity to order. Please contact our sales team at sale@COSPRO-USA.com for more information.
  • How do I apply a wholesale account with CosPro?
    Fill out the form on the Wholesale page and upload a valid business registration, a seller's permit, and a photo ID of the contact person. If you still have questions, please contact our sales team at sale@CosPro-USA.com.
  • How long does it take to process and ship wholesale orders?
    Wholesale orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is received. If there is a back order, we will notify you for your decision before proceeding with the shipment.
  • What are the payment methods and terms available for wholesale customers?
    We accept all major credit cards and bank ACH transfers for most wholesale accounts. Additionally, we offer 30-day payment terms for qualified companies. Please contact your account manager at COSPRO for more information.
  • Can I return the remaining inventory and get a refund if I can't sell all of the COSPRO products I purchased?
    Unfortunately, we don't offer stock rotation or refunds for unsold inventory. We advise authorized resellers to plan their forecasts properly, along with their sales and marketing strategies, to ensure timely sell-through of inventory.
  • Do you have a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy to protect pricing in the retail market?
    Yes, we take our MAP policy very seriously to protect our authorized resellers from price drops or price wars. Failure to adhere to our MAP policy may result in removal from our authorized resellers list or legal action, if necessary.
  • What should I do if I see some dealers selling your products below the MAP?
    We advise you to take a screenshot or picture as evidence, including the date and the dealer's information visible in the picture. Please send these pictures to your COSPRO Account Manager for further action.
  • Do you provide sales and marketing materials to assist us in listing your products online or displaying them in our store?
    Yes, we have a product media library available for online product listings and visual displays in your store. Please contact your COSPRO Account Manager for more details.
  • Do you subsidize our marketing or advertising efforts?
    Currently, we do not provide subsidies for marketing or advertising. However, you can discuss this with your COSPRO Account Manager to explore possible options and decisions.
