Cold days call for classic comfort — and this cozy baked mac & cheese delivers just that, with a refined twist. Creamy, cheesy, and finished with freshly ground black pepper from your COSPRO Grinder, it’s a timeless favorite elevated into a warm, winter-perfect dish.
Ingredients (serves 2–3):
2 cups macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup milk or cream
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt (from COSPRO grinder)
1 tsp black pepper (from COSPRO grinder)
Steps:
Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in milk or cream over low heat.
Add cheddar and mozzarella, stirring until smooth and creamy.

Combine pasta and sauce, then transfer to a baking dish.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
