Crispy on the outside, tender on the insideāroasted Brussels sprouts are a simple side that feels fancy with the right seasoning. Freshly ground salt and pepper from the COSPRO Grinder brings out that nutty, caramelized flavor for a true restaurant-at-home vibe.
Ingredients (serves 2ā3):
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt (from COSPRO grinder)
½ tsp black pepper (from COSPRO grinder)
Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder, lemon zest, or grated parmesan
Steps:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil on a baking tray.
Roast for 20ā25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Finish with freshly ground salt and black pepper using COSPRO Grinder.
Add optional lemon zest or parmesan for extra flavor.
