Brunch at home hits different when the details are right. A soft, fluffy omelet finished with freshly ground salt and pepper from the COSPRO Grinder brings cafĂ© vibes to your kitchen — simple, warm, and totally brunch-worthy.


Ingredients (serves 1–2):

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tbsp milk or cream

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • ÂŒ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)

  • 1 tsp salt (from COSPRO grinder)

  • œ tsp black pepper (from COSPRO grinder)

  • Optional toppings: chives, sautĂ©ed mushrooms, spinach, cherry tomatoes


Steps:

  1. Whisk eggs with milk until smooth and slightly frothy.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and melt butter.

  3. Pour in eggs and gently stir the center for soft curds.

  4. When mostly set, add cheese and optional fillings to one side.

  5. Fold omelet in half and cook another 30–60 seconds until just set.

  6. Plate and finish with freshly ground salt and black pepper using COSPRO Grinder.
