Classic egg salad gets a spring upgrade—lighter, fresher, and perfectly seasoned. The COSPRO Grinder makes every bite balanced and flavorful.
Ingredients (serves 2):
4 boiled eggs, chopped
2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayo
1 tbsp mustard (optional)
1 tbsp chopped celery
1 tsp salt (from COSPRO grinder)
½ tsp black pepper (from COSPRO grinder)
2 slices toast
Steps:
Mix eggs, yogurt, celery, and mustard.
Season with salt and pepper using COSPRO Grinder.
Spread on toast and serve.
