Honey Roasted Carrot & Greens Bowl with COSPRO Grinder

Sweet, roasted carrots paired with fresh greens create a perfect balance of flavors. Finished with COSPRO’s freshly ground seasoning, it’s simple yet elevated.
Ingredients (serves 2):
2 cups carrots, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
2 cups mixed greens
1 tsp salt (from COSPRO grinder)
½ tsp black pepper (from COSPRO grinder)
Steps:
Roast carrots at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes with olive oil and honey.
Place greens in a bowl and top with warm carrots.
Finish with freshly ground salt and pepper using COSPRO Grinder.
Tip 🥕
Coarse pepper on top adds contrast to the sweetness of the carrots. In addition, adding a touch of sesame seeds further enhances the flavor of this dish.
