Spicy Mango Salsa Fish Tacos with COSPRO 2-in-1 Grinder

Bright, fresh, and a little spicy—these mango salsa fish tacos are the perfect summer bite. Seasoned with freshly ground salt and pepper from the COSPRO 2-in-1 Grinder, they’re easy, flavorful, and fun.


Ingredients:

  • 4 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or mahi-mahi)

  • 1 ripe mango, diced1 small red onion, diced

  • 1 jalapeño, chopped

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • Salt & pepper (from COSPRO grinder)

  • Corn tortillas


Steps:

  1. Grill or pan-sear fish with salt and pepper.

  2. In a bowl, mix mango, onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.

  3. Assemble tacos with fish and salsa, then serve with lime wedges.


Tip: Fine grind pepper blends perfectly into salsa, while coarse salt adds crunch to the fish.
